Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pink Furry Femboy websites, accounts, community features, livestream pages, digital content, commerce pages, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies or guidelines that apply to particular features.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the services.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must satisfy any stated age or regional eligibility requirements. Certain areas may require age verification, date-of-birth submission, and acceptance of additional rules before access is granted.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate registration information;
• maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and devices;
• restricting access to your account;
• notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use or security incidents.

We may suspend or restrict access to protect users, the platform, or our legal rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
• upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative material;
• attempt to bypass access restrictions, age gates, moderation systems, or technical safeguards;
• interfere with platform integrity, security, availability, or performance;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access except as expressly authorized;
• impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation, age, identity, or authority;
• use the services to distribute malware, spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising.

Community Standards and Moderation

We may monitor, moderate, remove, restrict, or retain content and accounts to protect users and enforce rules. We may investigate reports, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or platform partners.

Moderation decisions may include warnings, feature restrictions, content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, or referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit, post, or upload, subject to the rights you grant under these Terms.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, moderate, and otherwise use the content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the services.

You represent and warrant that:

• you have the rights needed to submit the content;
• the content is accurate to the extent it presents factual information;
• the content does not violate law or third-party rights;
• the content complies with these Terms and our posted policies.

Intellectual Property

The services, including software, branding, design, text, graphics, audiovisual materials, databases, and other platform elements, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, republish, create derivative works from, or exploit protected materials without authorization.

Purchases and Hosted Checkout

Products, digital items, memberships, donations, or other paid offerings may be made available through hosted third-party checkout providers, including cryptocurrency payment providers.

Prices, product descriptions, availability, taxes, and eligibility may change at any time. You are responsible for reviewing checkout details before completing a purchase.

Unless otherwise stated by law or an express written policy, purchases may be final, limited, conditional, or non-refundable, especially for digital or immediately delivered items.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party tools, providers, embeds, commerce services, social platforms, livestream platforms, and authentication providers. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, content, security, or acts of those third parties.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Privacy

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected, used, shared, and protected.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the services at any time, with or without notice, including features, content, pricing, access tiers, or technical requirements.

We are not liable for outages, delays, downtime, service interruptions, or changes arising from maintenance, updates, attacks, third-party failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the services will always be secure, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components or inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PFF and its affiliates, personnel, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the services or these Terms.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PFF and its affiliates, personnel, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of the services;
• your content;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of law or third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the services at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the platform, users, legal compliance, or our legitimate interests.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including provisions on ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and enforcement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PFF principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants non-waivable local rights, those rights remain unaffected.

International Compliance

We intend these Terms to be interpreted and enforced in a manner consistent with applicable consumer protection, ecommerce, privacy, and digital-services laws where such laws apply mandatorily. If a provision is unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions remain in force.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective when posted or when otherwise communicated as required by law. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
